Say Goodbye To Procrastination With These Effective Spring Cleaning Tips.
This post brought to you by Insurance Hunter. All Opinions are 100% mine.

Spring time is here and as we look forward to all the outdoor activities we will enjoy during the warmer months, like many of you we are also procrastinating and delaying our spring time cleaning and organizing chores. Like putting away our winter clothing and bulky jackets, clean up the clutter from the long winter months and make room in our closets for our summer essentials and spruce the rooms in our home.

Luckily we came across a wonderful blog post from Insurance Hunter an online provider of auto insurance quotes that made the tasks ahead seem a whole lot easier. The post offered Tips for getting your spring cleaning chores organized and presented a concept that we had never thought of before but absolutely love. Read on for more…

It suggested that we come up with a way to reward ourselves for all the hard work once our spring cleaning tasks were complete. This great idea provided the motivation that we needed and took care of the procrastination factor, because as much as a clean and organized closet is great to look at and makes it easier to find the summer fashions that we love to wear.

It's not as motivating as say a restful weekend getaway to a vineyard for wine tasting that includes a much needed visit to the spa to relax our overworked muscles. Or a day of shopping for our spring/summer wish list clothes and shoes to fill up the space we created in our newly cleaned out closets.

Once we found the motivation to get started on our spring cleaning, we quickly went through the other suggested tips, which included creating a to-do list of the chores, prioritizing the chores based on what's most important, assigning tasks to others and another very important suggestion was creating a timeline to complete each chore but having the flexibility to adjust that timeline as needed.

Our spring cleaning is well underway and going smoothly as we keep our very appealing reward ideas in mind. Now it's your turn to say goodbye to procrastination and create an effective spring cleaning list, visit Insurance Hunter blog to see all the great tips provided in their blog post.
