Beyonce Shares Her Post-Baby Weight Loss Tips.

Read on to see how superstar mom Beyonce who gained 57 pounds during pregnancy got her fab body back after giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy. On her struggle to drop the 57 pounds she gained during pregnancy
Beyonce explained to Shape magazine that "I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again." Beyonce is referring to her long weekend Revel concerts which took place in Atlantic City. She was back to her curvy, toned and super energetic self by that time.
On knowing her body and the realities of losing weight
The 31 year old singer who credited dancing as one of the ways she stays fit said, "I’m not a person that is naturally very thin. I am a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape."
On her low calorie weight loss diet
"I stayed away from red meat and ate a lot of fish, replaced pasta and rice with quinoa...I always have breakfast, say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk. For lunch and dinner, I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. And throughout the day, I try to stay hydrated."
On preventing binges by indulging in her favorite foods
"I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays when I can have whatever I want. Usually it’s pizza, which is my favorite indulgence."
"I would just say, everyone is not supposed to be the same. Be healthy and take care of yourself, but be happy with the beautiful things that make you you."
