Keep Your Lips Kissably Soft with a Home-Made D.I.Y Lip-Scrub!

Keep Your Lips Kissably Soft with a Home-Made D.I.Y Lip-Scrub!

No matter the season we all experience those days of dry, cracked lips that would look hideous if we directly applied lipstick or gloss to them. Keeping our pouts, smile perfect takes more effort than just applying a lip balm or moisturizer.

So today we're not only going to teach you how to make a natural and delicious Lip-Scrub but also a few techniques that you should always use to keep those lips kissably soft...

Ingredients: 1 tbsp Honey, 1tbsp Sugar, 1tbsp Olive Oil, 1 Cotton Pad, Warm Water and you Lip Balm/Lip Moisturizer or Petroleum Jelly Vaseline.

Directions:
1. Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water.

2. Mix the honey, sugar and olive oil together in a small bowl.
3. Wet the cotton pad with warm water and use it to gently scrub and soften your lips in a circular motion.

4. Using your finger apply the honey and sugar scrub to your wet lips in a circular motion. Repeat this step until all loose/dry skin has been removed.
5. Rinse you lips in warm water and pat dry.
6. Now apply your favorite lip balm, lip moisturizer or Petroleum Jelly Vaseline.
7. Cover and store any left over lip-scrub in a cool, dry place.

Tips: Always moisturize your lips before bed and always apply a lip moisturizer before using lipstick or a color gloss.
